    • Weddings require a Minimum Stay of 3 nights Buyout.

    • All rates are in US Dollars per night, based on double occupancy, and subject to 21% Mexican Government and Hospitality Taxes.

    • All rates include a Daily Breakfast and our signature Welcome Amenity.

    • Food & Beverage is not included in the Buyout total, and we require that our in-house restaurant, Pandano, provides the catering services.

    • For buyouts, a 20% Deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable).

    • The Outstanding Balance will be required 90 days prior to arrival date.

    • To guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required. We take Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

    • Guests who wish to pay with an American Express credit card will be charged an extra 5%.

    • The 20% Deposit is non-refundable.

    • Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 91 or more days prior to arrival date.

    • For cancellations done 90 or less days prior to arrival date, 100% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
