TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rates are in US Dollars per night, and subject to 21% Tax.
All rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
A 10% Deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable).
Minimum Stay is 1 night during Low Season & High Season.
Minimum Stay is 5 nights during Christmas & NYE (December 20th - January 10th).
Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
Late Check-out after 12:00 pm is subject to availability.
Children (0 to 10 y/o) are welcome only upon request and subject to availability.
Please note, Jashita doesn’t have traditional children’s amenities.

PAYMENT POLICY

The full prepayment is required before arrival.
To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).
The remaining balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date*.
We accept payments with credit card or through wire transfer.
To guarantee the reservation, a credit card is required. We take Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
We accept payments with Cryptocurrency.
For payments with Cryptocurrency, 100% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).
Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable and incur a 2% processing fee.
(*) For bookings with Check-in date during our Christmas & NYE Season (from December 20th 2026 to January 10th 2027),
the remaining balance will be collected on September 1st, 2026.
CANCELATION POLICY

The 10% Deposit is non-refundable.
Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 31 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund for cancellations done 30 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund for early departures or no-shows.
Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, you will benefit from a 12 months credit.
CHILDREN POLICY

While Jashita welcomes all families, please note that our hotel offers a more serene sophisticated experience, without traditional children’s amenities such as kids club or dedicated kids menu.
Children up to 3 years of age enjoy complimentary stay when sharing the same room with their parents.
Children from 0-10 years old are welcome upon request and subject to availability, as we limit the number of children in the hotel at any given time. Please contact our Reservations Team (reservation@jashitahotel.com) for further assistance and to check if we are able to accommodate your request.
To accommodate an additional guest, a single extra bed can be added at an additional cost. The nightly rate for the additional guest (children over 4 years old and adults) is $200 USD + 21% Tax.
Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for supervising minors at all times.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, certain areas are reserved exclusively for adults. Children are allowed to enjoy the dedicated Family Pool. Children are not permitted in the following areas: the main Adults-Only Swimming Pool, the upper deck of Pandano Restaurant, and The Rooftop Pool Terrace.
The hotel and restaurant shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision, improper use of the facilities, or failure to comply with safety guidelines. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting these designated spaces.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS POLICY

For an additional guest in the room, we can add an extra individual bed at an extra cost.
The cost per night for the additional guest (children older than 4 y/o and adult) is $ 200 USD + 21% tax.
During New Year’s Eve (December 27th to January 4th), the cost per night for the additional guest is $300 USD + 21% tax.
For infants from 0-3 years old, we will be happy to add a crib in the suite. The stay for infants is free.
Please note that not all suites at Jashita Hotel have space for the extra individual bed.
The extra be can only be placed in the following categories: Tropical Suites, Ocean Suites (some of them). Waterfront Suites and Jasmine Suite.
