"For me, Yoga is life, it permeates every moment of my day to day, of my being. It is not only a practice in the classroom, it embraces everything that exists. When teaching, I like to take the student to that state where everything is One, where the body becomes movement until it is completely integrated into the breathing. Where the thoughts are no longer heard and the only thing that remains is to inhale, exhale. Silence.
The classes are aimed at all levels integrating different styles of Yoga and Vinyasa (breathing together with movement), pranayama and meditation".
