The Caoba Yoga Studio at Jashita Hotel is a place that’s suspended in time and space, a singular place where you can free yourself from stress and negative energy and gain new self-awareness and improved mind-body balance.

Caoba Yoga Studio is located on the top floor of the spa, where large windows allow you to admire the magnificent Soliman Bay and the lush green tropical forest. As soon as you step inside, you know you're in an extraordinary and magical place.
Saluting the sun to start the day
Every day our yoga teacher Flavio introduces our guests to the practice of yoga. In this safe space, you're free to let mind and body go. Lessons begin with the classic and highly symbolic sun salutation (Surya Namaskara). During lessons, participants will be soothed by the sound of flute music and the murmur of the waves. A lesson at Caoba Yoga Studio is an experience that engages all the senses, enveloping and reconnecting the individual with nature and the universe.
